EBOOK DELIVERY

Digital and electronic files such as the ePub, PDF and Audiobook are available for immediate download once your order has been processed. Simply click the Download Link on your Order Confirmation, or in the Confirmation Email that is sent to you when your purchase has been completed.
If after purchase you do not see the link to download your file on the screen, then check the Confirmation Email that is sent to you after your purchase has been completed (confirmed as "Paid" by PayPal).  If you have difficulty finding or using the link, and the email is not in your spam folder, or the download does not work, please let us know using the Contact Page.

Note: To help keep our servers up to date, please download your purchased electronic, ebook and audio file within 5 days, or the link will expire.

AUDIOBOOK DELIVERY

The Greatest Gospel - Audiobook file is 397 mb, and is available for download once your purchase has been completed.
If you experience difficulties, and cannot complete the download, please send us a message through the Contact Page.

DESTINATIONS

All of the products displayed on this website are available to customers in 254 countries, islands and territories of the world.  If your country is not listed/available in our address database please let us know through the Contact Page.

WEIGHT LIMIT

The weight limit for shipments handled by our shopping cart is 20 kg (45 lbs.) to Canada and The United States, and 10 kg to all other countries of the world. Product orders totaling more than this weight will be split into two or more shipments.
Orders totaling more than 60 kg (120 lbs.) will be shipped using our freight carrier, Purolator. Please contact our Sales Team through the Contact Page or send an email to sales@thegreatestgospel.com

SHIPPING CARRIER

To provide the lowest cost all orders are shipped with the Canada Post and the worldwide postal system, offering fast delivery of small items, and inexpensive delivery of heavier items. larger, heavier orders are shipped with Purolator.
To arrange alternate delivery through your carrier or a carrier of your choice, contact our Sales Team: sales@thegreatestgospel.com.

SHIPPING COST

The price listed for the shipping cost includes taxes, packaging and handling charges.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • All estimated Delivery Times may include printing on demand, which takes between 1 and 3 weeks.
  • All orders of up to 20 kg (45 lbs.) are shipped with the postal system.

NORTH AMERICA
All books shipped to North America are printed and shipped from either Canada or the United States.

Once printed, the Shipping Transit Time for delivery is estimated to be:
* Canada > 3 to 9 business days.
* United States > 4 to 10 business days.
* United States Territories / Military > 6 to 18 business days.
* Mexico, Central America, Caribbean > 8 to 21 business days.
* South America > 2 to 4 weeks.

EUROPE
Most books ordered from the UK and Europe will printed-on-demand in Europe, and shipped when the order has been printed.
The FIVE COLUMN books are printed in Canada, and shipped from Canada.
Delivery Times:
* Western Europe > United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain - 2 to 3 weeks.
* Eastern Europe > Russia, Eastern Europe - 3 to 5 weeks.

* Australia > Printed in Australia - 2 to 5 weeks.
* Asia Pacific - Korea, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam > 3 to 6 weeks.
* China, Hong Kong > 4 to 9 weeks.
* Africa - 3 to 7 weeks.

RETURN POLICY

What do I do if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not delighted with your purchase, or your book or merchandise arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days to be exchanged, or for a full refund - we will even reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Simply provide us with some information and let us know what happened on the Contact Page, or send an email to contact@thegreatestgospel.com, and we will send you instructions on how to process your return for exchange or refund.
